Join us for Roadmap's inaugural Hollywood Rep-Ready Week! 

September 14th - 18th, 2026

Do you live in LA, or have you been looking for the right reason to make the trip?

What if you could spend an entire week fully focused on leveling up your pitch, refining your personal brand, and strengthening your material, while also taking multiple in-person general meetings with vetted industry reps?

This immersive, in-person experience is designed to help you show up confident, prepared, and ready to build real, lasting relationships that can move your career forward.

You’ll kick things off with two intensive, hands-on workshop days alongside the Roadcrew and a small group of fellow writers. These sessions are focused on helping you clarify what makes you unique as a writer, sharpen how you communicate your ideas, and ensure every piece of your presentation, from your pitch to your bio, feels authentic, compelling, and professional.

On September 14th & 15th, you’ll work closely in-person with the Roadcrew to:

• Refine and practice your pitch so it feels natural, concise, and engaging

• Strengthen your personal brand so reps immediately understand your voice and lane

• Elevate your writer bio and logline to clearly communicate who you are and what you write

• Receive direct, actionable feedback and the opportunity to iterate in real time

• Build confidence through repetition, coaching, and peer collaboration

• Learn how to build your LA network 

This isn’t passive learning; you’ll be actively developing and refining the exact materials you’ll use in your meetings.

Then, from September 16th - 18th, you’ll put all of that work into action!

You’ll take part in six private, in-person general meetings with carefully vetted reps. Prior to your meetings, reps will receive a one-sheet with your loglines and bio. After the sessions, reps will send us feedback on your meeting and if they want to stay in touch.

By the time you walk into each room, you won’t just be “ready”, you’ll know exactly how to talk about yourself, your work, and your voice with clarity and confidence.

In addition to the workshops, lunch will be provided on September 14th & 15th, giving you even more opportunities to connect, network, and build relationships in a relaxed setting with both the Roadcrew and your fellow writers.

Also, on September 17, writers will attend an exclusive mixer event with reps, execs, and producers.

Please Note: travel and lodging are not included, so you’ll want to plan accordingly if you’re coming in from out of town.

This program is intended for writers who are already in LA or planning to be here during the scheduled week. Please note that in-person meetings can be unpredictable and may be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled on short notice.

Roadmap reserves the right to cancel a registration if we feel the writer is not ready for meetings. If that happens, the writer will receive a full refund.
