Thought provoking and unique stories that may offer a different perspective on something that we thought we understood previously. Concepts that grab you. I'm interested in stories that are driven by interesting characters with depth. Dramatic / Thrilling / Unique stories in the hour long (or half hour) TV space or features are usually what I am drawn to.
Stories without purpose or perspective.
With close to 10 years of experience in independent film and television development for Peter Guber and Mike Tollin’s Mandalay Sports Media, Amy Baer’s Gidden Media (now Landline Pictures), and Robert Kravis’ Pioneer Pictures, Greg Hughes’ development credits include TIFF 2017 and Tribeca 2018 official selection MARY SHELLEY starring Elle Fanning and directed by Haifaa Al Mansour, LA Film Festival 2018 official selection BRIAN BANKS starring Aldis Hodge, Greg Kinnear and directed by Tom Shadyak, and the upcoming Zoe Saldana, Garret Hedlund, and Tom Waits dramatic thriller KEYHOLE GARDEN.
With a hands-on approach to the development process, Greg works closely with writers and creators to bring thought-provoking and inspiring stories to the screen. He recently left Pioneer Pictures to start his own development and production company called Sea Shadow Entertainment where he is hungry to work with talented and creative minds who have unique perspectives and interesting concepts to explore.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a refund or Roadmap gift card if you have not yet submitted your material for review. However, once your material has been received by Roadmap, your registration cannot be canceled. Having revised material or a desire to retroactively apply a discount or gift card code are not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or gift card credit. Once your material has been submitted, the only acceptable grounds for cancellation and a refund or gift card credit is an unforeseen, ongoing emergency on the part of either the writer or the exec resulting in more than 6 weeks without any scheduling update from the exec via direct contact or Roadmap, or a sudden change in the exec's ongoing availability. In the instance of an irreconcilable scheduling issue, the writer may still receive a written feedback report from the exec. In this case, the writer is not entitled to a refund or gift card credit as the exec has read the submitted material and provided written feedback in lieu of the call.
