What does Roadmap count as a writer signing?
Our signing numbers reflect only those writers who we directly helped get signed to representation via either a personal Roadmap introduction or through one of our many programs. We don’t pad the numbers by doubling up on writing duos; if a writing team gets signed, we only count that as one signing. We also love shouting out (but do not credit ourselves with) subsequent successes & signings outside of Roadmap for writers that either went through our programs and/or we helped get signed to part of their team. On these, you will not find a signing #; instead, there will be a badge reading "Congrats!"
Wow, Roadmap's pretty strict about how your signing numbers are counted!
It's true. We value transparency and integrity. We know how much work goes into helping a writer land representation. We don’t want to misrepresent the success a writer achieved with the direct help of someone else and likewise would hate for our efforts to be misrepresented by another entity as their own. It’s just the right thing to do.
Sold project to Lifetime. She met the exec through a Roadmap roundtable. This is the second project Erica sold to Lifetime as a direct result of our programs.
Signed with Navigation Media Group. Noa and Pandora are in Top Tier, part of our Career Writer Program, and they met their now manager through one of our programs.
Hired as Story Editor on Syfy's CHUCKY. She was our 265th writer signed.

Roadmap Writers Rachel Music (success story #320) & Kerrod Williams have teamed up with a former showrunner and emergent screenwriter to form the Good Story Guild, and have staffed fellow RW cohorts in two of their upcoming audio dramas. Michi Broman is showrunning Divorce Ranch, a female-forward detective story set in 1949 Reno, Nevada. Nick McMurdy is a Staff Writer on Leylines (s/r Kerrod Williams), a cinematic action-adventure about two brothers uncovering the mystery of their disgraced father's research into teleportation.

Aadip wrote the episode entitled How to Train Your Sharkpup for Season 3 of Nickelodeon/Netflix's Sharkdog. They also used clips from his episode for the Season 3 Trailer! This was his second script for this series.

American High attached to produce their script. After reading Eric and Zac's script, we sent their script to American High and AH are now attached to produce it.
