Exec will review the pages provided by the writer before each meeting and meet the writer for 3 x 30-minute meetings via Zoom to assist the writer with developing a new project.

I have extensive experience working in all genres (period, YA, drama, and comedy), but my real love is horror! I'm open to reading all types of projects and love all genres, but a really great scary movie will catch my eye.

Reid Hensen is a Los Angeles-based producer and writer. He most recently wrapped in the writers’ room of the highly anticipated reimagining of LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE (Netflix), created by Rebecca Sonnenshine (ARCHIVE 81, THE BOYS). Reid is a Co-Producer on the show and developed it from inception while an executive.
Previously, Reid was a Co-Producer on UNPRISONED (Hulu/Onyx Collective), starring Kerry Washington and Delroy Lindo. It was the streamer’s most-watched original series of the year at the time of release and was nominated for five NAACP Image Awards.
Reid spent six years as a development executive and producer at Joy Gorman Wettels’s impact-producing venture, Joy Coalition, and at Anonymous Content, working on the hit series’ 13 REASONS WHY (Netflix) and HOME BEFORE DARK (Apple TV+), where he also contributed to the writers’ room, working closely with creator and showrunner Dana Fox (WICKED). Alongside Joy Coalition and UK-based company The Development Partnership, Reid is developing a series based on Wendy Walker’s best-selling novel AMERICAN GIRL.
He has worked with numerous studios, including Fifth Season, CBS, Paramount, 20th, Legendary, and ABC Signature. Reid was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and is a graduate of NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. He is represented by Anonymous Content.
