Micael began interning at Grandview during his junior and senior years at Pomona College. After graduating with a BA in Politics, he landed a spot in the mailroom at UTA, eventually working on a desk in the TV Lit department. He later returned to Grandview, now Untitled Entertainment, to join the team full-time.
