Genre bending, mind blowing, extremely original samples. The weirdest, wildest swings that writers have taken. Especially interested in samples that have a personal connection to the writer. If it's something that only YOU could have written, then I want to read it.

Joy Blake is a Showrunner/writer with over 20 years experience in the one hour drama space. She's worked in broadcast, streaming, and premium cable on a number of genre, sci fi, and horror series. Joy is a voracious reader, and as such, has enthusiastically adapted dozens of works of fiction for television. She's developed IP for James Patterson, Jackie Collins, Stephen King, and many more. Between pitching her original ideas and supervising new creators, Joy has current development in the works at A&E Studios, Universal TV, and Bristol Circle.
