My particular interest is in relationship dramas which have a returnable format or crime series which offer something new to the genre. As the mother of a teenage son, I am also interested in scripts which target that audience. Most importantly, I am interested in working with writers who are passionate about their idea. My passion has always been storylining and regardless of the genre, if there is a strong idea at the heart of a script, then it's something I can work with.
I'm never drawn to an idea which is sold of being the new version of something which already exists ie. 'this is the new Stranger Things meets Game of Thrones. Those shows already exist in their own right and a hybrid of the two will only ever come across as a watered down version and commissioners can spot it a mile off!
