More about Chisom Ude

Chisom is a film executive committed to creating entertaining multi-generational movies. Raised in the suburbs of Atlanta by Nigerian immigrants, Chisom’s obsession with pop culture drove her to boarding school where she could explore a variety of activities from running track to hosting her own radio show. While away, she discovered that she built community best through movies. Most recently a Creative Executive in Lionsgate’s Motion Picture Group, Chisom’s development slate spanned over twenty titles including a NOW YOU SEE ME sequel, as well as a dramedy penned and directed by Reinaldo Marcus Green (KING RICHARD). In the last two years, she has managed five features in production and post including the action-thriller SHADOW FORCE, and Adele Lim’s directorial debut JOY RIDE starring Ashley Park (EMILY IN PARIS) and Stephanie Hsu (EVERYTHING, EVERYWHERE, ALL AT ONCE).

Prior to her film career in Los Angeles, Chisom worked in global finance in London and in unscripted television in New York. Chisom’s exposure to various environments has continued to shape her ability to identify concepts that resonate with a wide audience.

Chisom earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Princeton University.

Testimonials

Chisom was absolutely fantastic! We did everything from deep dives on single scenes to overall theme/character improvements. She was engaged throughout, and I could tell she really read the script and understood it. Highly recommend!

~ Jeff Zampino, Screenwriter

How it Works

Private Month Mentorship

Each month mentorship kicks off with a preliminary 15-min. call to set expectations and lay out strategy for the month. Writer will have email access to the executive plus 4x one-hour consultations with the exec. Exec will read up to 4 scripts in one month (different drafts of the same script or 4 different scripts) and conduct 4x one-hour story notes calls. Calls can also include feedback on your pitch, branding, or career strategy.

If you pay with the deposit/payment plan, your second half will be due the 2nd week of the Mentorship. If you need a different type of payment plan, email dorian@roadmapwriters.com.

**Please note feature screenplays are limited to 120 pages maximum. Please contact terra@roadmapwriters.com for pricing on a Month Mentorship on screenplays exceeding 120 pages.

What To Expect

After registering, you will receive an automatic Order Confirmation email. Then Roadmap's Director of Consultations, Terra Joy, will get your mentor looped in with you! If you do not hear from Terra or the exec within 3 days of registering, feel free to email terra@roadmapwriters.com for an update.
