Tracee Mantro is a TV writer drawn to character-driven dramas that interrogate power, work, and visibility, particularly for Black women operating inside systems not built for them. Her writing blends psychological tension with social realism, focusing on ambition, secrecy, and the cost of control. She is currently developing her pilot Sex Is Work, a serialized drama set in Atlanta, and is focused on building a career in prestige television.
