Gayle Jackson is a screenwriter whose work is grounded in character and driven by tension, often exploring how people navigate risk, loyalty, and connection under pressure. She has been a selected participant in the Warner Bros., Disney-ABC, and NBC Writers on the Verge programs, and holds an MFA from the American Film Institute, experiences that helped shape her voice and discipline. Growing up with family members on either side of prison bars deeply shaped her interest in stories involving moral ambiguity and survival. She currently teaches fifth grade in the San Fernando Valley. Her writing spans television and features, blending emotional truth with momentum-driven storytelling.
