Allison is a Los Angeles based comedy writer who writes funny shows about Black women in not-so-funny situations. She received her MFA from the American Film Institute in 2020 and since then has worked as a Writers Assistant for Amazon and a Showrunner's Assistant on A BLACK LADY SKETCH SHOW. She was a participant in the 2022 Fox Writers Incubator and most recently, she worked as a staff writer for CALL ME KAT on Fox. She is passionate about storytelling and believes in the power of television to enact real-world change.
