The Roadmap team had a blast reading these truly amazing shorts. It was fun for us to see your creativity at work as you took our prompt "An extended family gets together for a reunion only to discover they keep more secrets than anyone suspected", and morphed it into a variety of unique genre bending stories.
While we fell in love with a number of these stories, we are excited to select THE TEST by Bianca Malcolm as the Writing Prompt Challenge Winner!
Logline: A street rat, a car salesman, a socialite, a cat lady, and a family man must reveal horrific truths during the reading of a distant relative's will or risk losing more than their inheritance.
We're excited to set up our winner with 5 virtual meetings with industry professionals tailored to her genre and brand of storytelling.
