More about Foster Driver

Foster Driver was born and raised in South Central, Los Angeles. He began his career in the William Morris Agency mailroom, helping to create a team that focused on packaging intellectual property based on comic books, graphic novels and video games for film and TV adaptation. He made his foray into the studio system when he joined Warner Bros. Pictures and worked on projects such as MAD MAX: FURY ROAD, THE DARK KNIGHT RISES, MAN OF STEEL among others. From there, he went on to become a Creative Executive at Columbia Pictures, a division of Sony Pictures Entertainment, where he helped to develop such films as VENOM, BAD BOYS 3, SONIC THE HEDGEHOG, and BLOODSHOT before leaving to join The Walt Disney Studios in their Live-Action Motion Pictures Production group.

During his tenure at Disney, Foster helped to shepherd the development and production of films such as PIRATES OF THE CARIBBEAN: DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES, Jon Favreau’s THE LION KING, JUNGLE CRUISE, Tim Burton’s DUMBO and the live-action LILO & STITCH. To date, Foster’s films have grossed over $4.1 billion at the worldwide box office. For his efforts, Foster was named to The Hollywood Reporter’s 2017 Next Gen: Execs 35 and Under.

After leaving his position as Vice President, Production at Disney, Foster went on to join the team at Michael B. Jordan’s Outlier Society where he worked on WITHOUT REMORSE and developed films based on Superman and Static Shock in collaboration with DC Entertainment. In 2021, Foster partnered with his long-time colleague, Zoë Kent, to form Driver+Kent Media, producing several projects across TV and film for Disney+, Amazon/Freevee, AMC Network, A+E Studios and more.

How it Works

Upon registering, you will receive instructions on how to submit your material in your order confirmation email. After submitting your material, please allow about 3-4 weeks to receive proposed times for scheduling your call with the exec. If you haven't heard from your exec by the 3-4 week mark about scheduling, please email terra@roadmapwriters.com so we know to check in with them on your behalf about their proposed dates/ETA for you.

Your private pitch practice session will take place over video conferencing software ZOOM so you will have a link to review the recording of your session at your leisure!

**Please note written pitches are limited to 2 pages maximum. Please contact terra@roadmapwriters.com for pricing on a consultation for a written pitch exceeding 2 pages.

Be sure to familiarize yourself with Roadmap's Code of Conduct.

Questions? Email terra@roadmapwriters.com

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a refund or Roadmap gift card if you have not yet submitted your material for review. However, once your material has been received by Roadmap, your registration cannot be canceled. Having revised material or a desire to retroactively apply a discount or gift card code are not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or gift card credit. Once your material has been submitted, the only acceptable grounds for cancellation and a refund or gift card credit is an unforeseen, ongoing emergency on the part of either the writer or the exec resulting in more than 6 weeks without any scheduling update from the exec via direct contact or Roadmap, or a sudden change in the exec's ongoing availability. In the instance of an irreconcilable scheduling issue, the writer may still receive a written feedback report from the exec. In this case, the writer is not entitled to a refund or gift card credit as the exec has read the submitted material and provided written feedback in lieu of the call.
