Erwin Alejandro Ordóñez is a Los Angeles-based television professional working across development and current programming at ABC and Hulu, where he has gained firsthand experience in the creative process behind a diverse range of network and streaming series.
At ABC, Erwin has worked across projects including WILL TRENT, RJ DECKER, THE ROOKIE, GREY'S ANATOMY, ABBOTT ELEMENTARY, and THE CONNERS. On the Hulu side, his experience includes THE TESTAMENTS, ALL'S FAIR, PRISON BREAK, and THE LAND. Through his work in both development and current programming, he has developed a broad understanding of television from the early stages of a project through production and ongoing series management.
Before joining ABC/Hulu, Erwin worked in talent representation, including two years in literary representation, where he worked with writers at various stages of their careers and gained experience evaluating material, developing writer relationships, and understanding the business and creative sides of the industry.
Born in Guatemala and raised in Chicago, Erwin discovered storytelling at an early age through homemade productions ranging from self-produced news programs to guerrilla-style narrative shorts. He went on to study film, where he wrote, produced, and directed numerous projects while simultaneously gaining experience on professional productions.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Erwin continued building his career in television while developing his own creative work. His industry experience has also provided opportunities to shadow directors on THE ROOKIE and THE CONNERS, giving him additional perspective on the relationship between the creative, production, and studio sides of episodic television.
Today, Erwin continues his work at ABC/Hulu while developing independent film and television projects of his own, bringing together his experience in representation, television development and current programming, and his background as a filmmaker.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a refund or Roadmap gift card if you have not yet submitted your material for review. However, once your material has been received by Roadmap, your registration cannot be canceled. Having revised material or a desire to retroactively apply a discount or gift card code are not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or gift card credit. Once your material has been submitted, the only acceptable grounds for cancellation and a refund or gift card credit is an unforeseen, ongoing emergency on the part of either the writer or the exec resulting in more than 6 weeks without any scheduling update from the exec via direct contact or Roadmap, or a sudden change in the exec's ongoing availability. In the instance of an irreconcilable scheduling issue, the writer may still receive a written feedback report from the exec. In this case, the writer is not entitled to a refund or gift card credit as the exec has read the submitted material and provided written feedback in lieu of the call.
