I'm open to all -- story is a universal language and the scripts I've helped writers with have been successful regardless of genre. I'm happy to help anyone with anything; my goal is to help you write the best version of the script *you* want to write.

That said, if somebody's ever told you that you write dialogue like Aaron Sorkin, or just write great dialogue in general, that sort of thing is always up my alley.

More about Dylan Visvikis

Like many people, Dylan Visvikis was born. Sometime after that, his feature script THE HAMPTONS made the HIT LIST, he rewrote a feature for Gunpowder + Sky, wrote a feature for the Oscar-and-Emmy-nominated producer of SE7EN and EMILY IN PARIS, optioned an hourlong pilot with a Teen Wolf star attached. Dylan adapted a non-fiction book for Baha Productions (I Play Rocky), played on a Grammy-nominated album, co-created/wrote and sold a scripted podcast to one of the producers of BLACK SWAN, and was one of just 6 half-hour writers selected for inclusion in The Black List’s TV Writers Staffing Book. Later he wrote a microbudget horror feature for an Emmy-nominated director, was named a semifinalist for the Nicholl Fellowship and a winner of the Tracking Board Launch Pad Feature Competition, and even rewrote and produced a Tribeca Film Festival-selected short film.

Most recently, Dylan has been commissioned to write feature films for Mandalay Pictures (AIR), RNA Films (2x-Oscar-nominated THE APPRENTICE, DEAD MAN'S WIRE) and Imagine Entertainment (A BEAUTIFUL MIND), with an Oscar-winning A-list actor attached to star in the latter. To date, every produced script he's developed or rewritten has been critically well-received, and countless other scripts he's helped his fellow writers hone have been either sold, optioned, used as a successful sample to secure its writer representation at major agencies (including UTA) and management companies (including Heroes & Villains), placed in one or more notable screenwriting competitions, made the Black List, and/or either all or some combination of the above. He’s represented by Elevate Entertainment.

How it Works

After registering, you will receive instructions on how to submit your material in your order confirmation email. After submitting your material, please allow about 3-4 weeks to receive proposed times for scheduling your call with the exec. If you haven't heard from your exec by the 3-4 week mark about scheduling, please email terra@roadmapwriters.com so we know to check in with them on your behalf about their proposed dates/ETA for you.

**Please note half-hour pilot consultation material is limited to 37 pages maximum

Be sure to familiarize yourself with Roadmap's Code of Conduct.

Questions? Email terra@roadmapwriters.com!

MARKETING BONUS! If you receive a rating of Excellent or Virtually Flawless in at least four out of five categories (Logline and Formatting/Ease of Reading are excluded) on your consultation feedback report, we'll do one round of personalized marketing to execs (up to 5) for this screenplay for free!

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a refund or Roadmap gift card if you have not yet submitted your material for review. However, once your material has been received by Roadmap, your registration cannot be canceled. Having revised material or a desire to retroactively apply a discount or gift card code are not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or gift card credit. Once your material has been submitted, the only acceptable grounds for cancellation and a refund or gift card credit is an unforeseen, ongoing emergency on the part of either the writer or the exec resulting in more than 6 weeks without any scheduling update from the exec via direct contact or Roadmap, or a sudden change in the exec's ongoing availability. In the instance of an irreconcilable scheduling issue, the writer may still receive a written feedback report from the exec. In this case, the writer is not entitled to a refund or gift card credit as the exec has read the submitted material and provided written feedback in lieu of the call.
