Christian Bersani joined Balboa Productions in 2025, and currently serves as Vice President of Development and Production. Under the company's first-look deal with Amazon Prime, he is responsible for identifying, developing, and producing projects for Sylvester Stallone's scripted feature and TV slates.
Prior to this, Christian spent six years at Josephson Entertainment. There, his work included setting up an original comedy feature with Nickelodeon and Kyle Newacheck, an action thriller film with Byron Allen’s ESMP, a broadcast drama procedural about sports doctors with ABC Network and 20th Century Studios, two drama series with Universal TV, and an adult-animated half hour series with TBS/HBO Max starring Anthony Kiedis. Additional work includes aiding in the development and production of "Disenchanted", the sequel to Disney’s “Enchanted,” Season 2 of "The Tick" for Amazon Prime, and collaborating on features and series in partnership with studios including Sony, Skydance Media, Scholastic Entertainment, and Starburns Industries.
Previously, Bersani served as Manager of Scripted Programming at Thinkfactory Media where he helped to advance projects in various stages of development at networks including TBS, E!, and The History Channel. Additionally, Bersani handled development and production on multiple Lifetime and Hallmark cable network features, including “Terror in the Woods” and “Oscar Pistorius,” both written by Amber Benson. Prior to that, Bersani worked at the Kaplan Stahler Agency as the Television Literary Department Coordinator. Bersani got his start in entertainment working for Spyros Skouras at Murtha Skouras Agency before that.
Bersani was born and raised in Syracuse, New York and is a graduate of The Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.
After registering, you will receive instructions on how to submit your material in your order confirmation email. After submitting your material, please allow about 3-4 weeks to receive proposed times for scheduling your call with the exec. If you haven't heard from your exec by the 3-4 week mark about scheduling, please email terra@roadmapwriters.com so we know to check in with them on your behalf about their proposed dates/ETA for you.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your registration for a refund or Roadmap gift card if you have not yet submitted your material for review. However, once your material has been received by Roadmap, your registration cannot be canceled. Having revised material or a desire to retroactively apply a discount or gift card code are not grounds for cancellation, refunds, or gift card credit. Once your material has been submitted, the only acceptable grounds for cancellation and a refund or gift card credit is an unforeseen, ongoing emergency on the part of either the writer or the exec resulting in more than 6 weeks without any scheduling update from the exec via direct contact or Roadmap, or a sudden change in the exec's ongoing availability. In the instance of an irreconcilable scheduling issue, the writer may still receive a written feedback report from the exec. In this case, the writer is not entitled to a refund or gift card credit as the exec has read the submitted material and provided written feedback in lieu of the call.
