Join Roadmap Writers and Vice President of Production & Development at Dark Castle Entertainment, Kelly Gallagher, for a special Zoom. During this session, Kelly will share his creative journey and some helpful advice. In addition, each writer will have 5 minutes to either ask Kelly a question or pitch something to him. Please note that if you are a writing team, you share this 5-minute time slot.
Kelly Gallagher is the VP of Production and Development at Dark Castle Entertainment. At Dark Castle, Kelly has overseen projects such as SEANCE, directed by Simon Barrett and starring Suki Waterhouse for RLJE/Shudder, THE EXPECTING, directed by Mary Harron and starring AnnaSophia Robb for Quibi/Roku, and Dark Castle's prequel to the 2009 cult hit ORPHAN, ORPHAN: FIRST KILL starring Julia Stiles and Isabelle Fuhrman.
Before joining Dark Castle in 2017, Kelly began her career in TV Lit management, and spent many years as a Script Reader for the Paradigm Agency. She then joined indie comic book company Oni Press, where she worked on ATOMIC BLONDE and Co-Produced EXTRACTION, one of Netflix's most-watched original films. Kelly most recently Produced ORPHANS, the upcoming third installment of the ORPHAN franchise for Paramount/Republic Pictures.
