Exec will review the pages provided by the writer before each meeting and meet the writer for 3 x 30-minute meetings via Zoom to assist the writer with developing a new project.

Ryan has worked in film and TV development since 2013. He was the Head of Development at Hivemind (THE WITCHER, BEST MAN FINAL CHAPTERS, THE EXPANSE, SCARY STORIES TO TELL IN THE DARK), for 5 years and helped develop projects sold to Netflix, Amazon, Apple, Paramount and FX. Previously, he was a creative executive for The Sean Daniel Company and Valiant Entertainment (BLOODSHOT). He also helped develop multiple seven-figure spec sales, one of which topped the Black List. He's producing a few projects independently, including one animated TV series set up at Amazon (MONSTRESS) and a feature being packaged by UTA, but current sees his role as more of a mentor for screenwriters creatively and practically regarding how to navigate this tricky industy. He earned an MFA in Creative Writing from American University.
