This session format is available only to writers in our Top Tier Program.
This session includes 2 x 30 minute Zoom meetings.
In the first meeting, the exec will review the feature script OR pilot and bible (if provided) and meet with the writer via Zoom for 30 minutes to provide rewrite notes.
The writer will rewrite their script with the markup switch on and send it back to the exec to read and then meet with the exec via Zoom for a second 30 minutes to receive further feedback on their script.
I am open to reading all projects but specifically interested in Comedy, Dramas, Action, and Thrillers in the feature space.

Josh Elliott is a literary assistant at Art Work Entertainment where he assists clients such as Eric Heisserer (ARRIVAL) and Erin Cressida Wilson (SECRETARY; THE GIRL ON THE TRAIN). Josh has a bachelor's degree in screenwriting from the University of North Texas and has been a script reader for The Austin Film Festival and Big Apple Film Festival.
Josh's own screenplays THE SISYPHUS OF HAPPINESS and BISHOP TAKES KNIGHT have been finalists in competitions and his coming of age drama PERSPICACIOUS is rated highly on The Black List and is on the market with the help of producer John Doherty.
As a kid, Josh grew up in many different settings and knows what it's like to be the only black person in any given room, and uses this experience to help showcase the funny and painful stories that come with being black in America.
