Jay Glazer is a manager/producer who represents creatives in film, television, & theatre.

Jay grew up in NYC and fell in love with quintessential New York filmmakers Martin Scorsese, Sidney Lumet, and Woody Allen, fostering his film knowledge and cultivating his passion for driving creative careers. Jay studied business and film at The University of Southern California. While studying, he worked at Brillstein Entertainment Partners & The Gersh Agency, where he started his professional career in the talent department.

Most recently, Jay departed ROAR to form Neon Kite, where he represents creatives in both the talent and literary fields -- leading actors, studio and independent filmmakers, and screenwriters for both film and television, as well as producing a slate of films. His debut feature, Get Luke Lowe, stars Emma McDonald premiered in 2020. He has active projects with Mandalay Pictures, H2L, Storied Media Group, and Storyboard Entertainment.

How it Works
  • Immediately after registering, you will receive an Order Confirmation email that serves as the receipt for your registration. In the Order Summary section of this email, you will find a link reading "CLICK HERE FOR INSTRUCTIONS" that will take you to instructions on how to submit your contact info or written pitch via the Material Submission Form.

  • Your material/contact submission is due as soon as you are ready, but no later than 9:00am PT the day of the session.

  • You will receive this exec's written feedback on your pitch via email within 7 to 8 business days following the session unless otherwise notified.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel for a full refund up to 72 hrs. prior to the start of the session. Cancellations requested after this deadline will be ineligible for refunds.
