Helen Ren is a Creative Executive at Bound Entertainment (DR. BRAIN, NEWTOPIA) where she oversees the company’s US-based film and TV slate with a focus on genre-driven content and uplifting AAPI voices. Her professional experience sits in the genre space, ranging from horror, thriller, sci-fi, to comedy, dark comedy, grounded fantasy. She is always drawn to stories with a message and with heart, especially ones that highlight underrepresented experiences. Prior to Bound Entertainment, Helen began her career in the entertainment industry in talent management. An Emerson College graduate with a focus in writing and producing during school, she looks to continue to use her experience and creative background to champion writers.
