There are some elements of screenwriting that are fairly concrete and objective: structure, plot, and pacing for example. But, we also have elements that are harder to pin down: voice, tone and mood for example. Tone and mood in particular are pretty important for readers to understand your story. You don't want someone thinking your script is a drama when it's actually a comedy!
Join writer/director Kirby Atkins to break down tone and mood and how we can effectively communicate them in our scripts!
This 90 Minute Webinar Will Cover:
- Tone v. Mood
- Writing compelling action lines
- Dialogue
