Pitch Tips
The most important aspect of a project to me is premise: what are you promising the audience and what is that hook that they hear/see in the ad or trailer that makes them HAVE to tune in. Then the next most important thing is character: WHY do we care about their person, what is their internal journey—in short, what keeps the audience around and invested in this person once their interest is piqued by the initial hook?
Particularly Interested In
Shows where I can see longevity. I really respond to unique worldviews and fascinating perspectives from multiple characters, resulting in compelling dynamics that practically self-generate exciting episodes for seasons to come. Any writer with a unique perspective—it doesn't have to necessarily check off a "diversity" box, but if you're from an interesting place with an interesting story and have lived/existed/worked in worlds and places an audience would be interested in hearing about, I want to hear from you.

A graduate of Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film and Media Arts with a BFA in screenwriting, Audrey Knox worked her way up from receptionist to manager in two years at the Cartel and now has clients staffed on GROWN-ISH and P-VALLEY. Audrey has experience in both scripted and unscripted television, on set, in production, and in writers’ rooms. Company clients’ credits have included LUCIFER, HAPPY DEATH DAY, BOJACK HORSEMAN, BROOKLYN NINE-NINE, and HAPPY! to name a few.
How it Works
After registering, you will receive instructions on how to submit your material in your order confirmation email. After submitting your material, please allow at least 3-4 weeks to receive proposed times for scheduling your call with the exec.
