Sheila Dionne is a writer and actress living the dream in Los Angeles, having survived both alcoholism and assistant work. A native of Philadelphia, she studied journalism at Temple University before abandoning a promising career to wait tables and answer phones at Spelling Television, where she earned a graduate degree in the Tao of show business. By day, Sheila is a mild-mannered grant writer; by night, she spins gripping tales of angels, apocalypse, and annihilation of personal demons. EMPYREAN is a semifinalist in the 2025 Outstanding Screenplays TV Competition and ranks in the top three percent of fantasy scripts on Coverfly's Red List. Sheila believes themes of redemption and personal transformation give even fantastical stories genuine heart and create the most powerful magic.
