BIO
SHANNON KO is a writer and script supervisor who studied screenwriting at Hunter College, New York University, and London Film School. He has been commissioned to write shorts, features, and TV for indies, nonprofits, and filmmakers. Shannon’s a ‘method writer’ who lives vicariously through his characters to find authenticity. He typically writes Asian American stories with a focus on identity, cultural integration, and healing from addictions and traumas. His works have been placed and screened at festivals.
