BIO

Sarah is a neurodiverse screenwriter and playwright based between LA and London, who writes about intelligent, difficult (and probably neurodiverse) women fighting to live fully-realised lives.

Sarah has just completed Channel 4's 4Screenwriting program and recently participated in Stowe Story Lab's Narrative Lab. Her TV pilot THE TRIALS, a political thriller set during a witch hunt is 16th century Scotland, is currently a Top 50 Selection for ISA's Fast Track Fellowship. Other accolades include semifinalist placements at the Austin Film Festival and for both The Writers Lab US and UK & Europe for her TV drama pilot VINDICATION about the eighteenth-century feminist Mary Wollstonecraft.

Awards for Sarah's theatre work include the Women's Prize for Playwriting for her play INTELLIGENCE, which examines gender bias in AI through exploring the legacy of the computing pioneer Ada Lovelace, and is currently in development with Paines Plough and Ellie Keel Productions in the UK.
