BIO 

Robert Coles is an Associate Professor Emeritus, Hampshire College, Massachusetts. His first feature-length screenplay, ODE TO FREEDOM (based on the early life of Russian poet Alexander Pushkin), has placed in at least eight screenwriting contests. His second script, DUEL AND DEATH, is currently a film short and has placed in three contests, including INDIE SHORT FEST (2025) and ROADMAP WRITERS 2026 SHORTS.
