Quarterfinalist, 2026 Roadmap Writers' Shorts Competition

BIO 

Richard Hohenrath is the author of several spec screenplays, with a particular focus on the fantasy, science-fiction and supernatural genres. In recent years, his screenplays have gained recognition in several writing contests. Having won or placed as a finalist in such competitions as Creative World, StoryPros, CineStory, ScreenCraft and the Austin Film Festival. Richard's first co-writing effort, "Harker: The Awakening" -- an independent Sci-Fi feature -- is currently available on Amazon. In addition, he has two scripts in development with production companies, and has worked as a writer-for-hire for producers across the country.
