Louisa Kendrick Burton is a Writer and Actress from The Bronx, NY whose creative journey has taken her from the stage to the page. As a Broadway performer, one of less than 100 women of color to perform as a Radio City Rockette and as a choreographer for Jimmy Buffett, Louisa has transitioned her artistic passion from the rhythmic cadences of dance to the eloquence of the written word, crafting wounded characters through the lens of Motherhood. Her drama/mystery pilot "The Charge," a gripping exploration of motherhood, secrets, and lies, earned her a coveted spot in The Writer's Lab 2023. She's also racking up wins on the film festival circuit, snagging Best Drama and Best Comedy awards for her short films. When she's not weaving tales, this LA-based mom of twins is diving into the world of coding, and getting schooled on Roblox game creation.
