BIO
Kevin is a queer storyteller, activist, vegan and co-creator of the NYC rock and roll dance party, Mondo. He wrote about music for Time Out New York and Paper Magazine and worked with John Cameron Mitchell on the parties that inspired the film SHORTBUS. His projects have placed in many competitions and his historical pilot Below the Fold, was a Slamdance runner up. Kevin is currently a member of the PreRainbowPages Mentorship Class and is developing an elevated horror-music TV project with Darren Stein of Jawbreaker fame. Find him at a protest or rocking out in the mosh pit. Kevin is forever inspired by exploring how systems of power intersect with people's day to day lives, and he especially loves using genre to dig into desire, belonging, and personal transformation.
