BIO
Juliette Lin is a cancer survivor, k-pop enthusiast, and lover of female friendships who writes characters that hide in their shells, afraid of the light, until they find the courage to shine.
Born and raised in LA, she ran away from home at the age of 26 to NYC, where she now resides with her girlfriend and their brand new leather couch. Armed with a sunny disposition, a signature dimple, and an alarming number of self-help books, she finds humor in grief, chaos, and other inconvenient plot twists.
She is a 2026 Writers Guild Foundation Support Staff Training Fellow, 2025 Hillman Grad Mentorship Lab Writing Fellow, 2024 Unlock Her Potential Mentee, a mentee under Tea Ho (Poker Face,The Sympathizer), and a 2017 USC Business & Cinematic Arts Alumni. She’s trained at UCB, The Second City, East West Players and more. Her years working for tech CEOs with grand visions and microscopic follow-through trained her to survive eccentric personalities, constant pivots, and delusions of world-changing grandeur, now mined for jokes. When she’s not performing stand-up or sketch, Juliette can be found sledding in Central Park, singing in an exceptionally gay choir, and battling her friends in DDR.
