Goldie Jones is a nonbinary (she/they) Wyoming born writer/director, viral content creator, aerialist, and artist, with an award winning career in commercial production (and a side quest to run a circus school) under their belt.
Their gritty genre stories center characters across the gender spectrum reclaiming their power to define themselves, their lives, and the worlds they live in. They are currently set to make their feature film directorial debut with their twisted horror script DOULA with Sundance award winning producer James J. Yi (GOOK, MS. PURPLE) attached.
They're a Universal Writers Program Finalist, Stowe Launch Fellow, WIF Mentee in the Director's Circle and co-founder of the sci-fi/horror anthology podcast series FEMME FUTURE PERFECT. She's won over 100 accolades as a writer/director including 2nd place at Slamdance and Cinequest, and Second Rounder for the 2023 and 2025 Sundance Development Track and her short film "I'm Sorry, I Tried, I Love You", starring Finnerty Steeves of ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK, was a Hollyshorts Screenplay Competition Finalist, winner of the WIF Seattle Professional Grant and premiered at Dance with Films.
