BIO 

EMILY HOWARD gives voice to late-blooming queer women approaching middle age as a hilarious adventure. Previously a poet, Emily turned to the higher word count of fiction to avoid getting sucked into the social internet while confined to a lactation room. She has since written several novels as well as plenty of screenplays about aging women delighting in one another's absurdity. Emily teaches, writes, parents, and reaches consensus in a co-housing community in Oakland, CA.
