One of the great things that appealed to Edward about being a copywriter was that it allowed him to explore many different worlds, without ever being stuck in one of them. (Unlike law, which he studied at King's College, London.)
His long, multi-award-winning career in advertising gave him priceless experience at creating concepts and executing them, more often than not using humour. Little wonder that when he transitioned to screenwriting, his exploration of different worlds continued, with a focus on comedy.
Now approaching the deep end of the age pool, perhaps it's not surprising that one of Edward's scripts should be titled THE GRIM REAPER - a comedy with romance. It was an Austin Finalist.
