BIO
D. Scott-Jones is a collaborative scriptwriter creating visceral, female-centred stories across audio and screen. She primarily works in sci-fi, fantasy, and dystopian genres, using imaginative worlds to explore the very real challenges women face today.
Dominika's storytelling journey began in fantasy fiction. It evolved into a vibrant side career as a scriptwriter, alongside her professional work in academia. Two of her stories have recently been produced at the DunsPlayFest. In 2024, she earned her Master's in Creative Writing, and is preparing for a PhD exploring how female screenwriting duos collaborate - and why their partnerships make stories stronger.
Dominika is also a Development Lab Leader, guiding scriptwriters through a 12-week programme - from an idea into a finished short film script, which is then pitched to producers.
