BIO 

Dave Schilling is a filmmaker, journalist, and podcast producer whose work has been featured in The Los Angeles Times, The Guardian, The New Yorker, New York Magazine, and more. He is the writer/director of the upcoming short film, Can't Float, which is set to premiere at the Oscar-qualifying Cleveland International Film Festival in April of 2026. He is also the author of Horror's New Wave: 15 Years of Blumhouse, released in 2025 by Simon Element.
