BIO 


Claire Ince is an award-winning writer, producer, and director whose work spans both narrative film and documentary storytelling. A graduate of NYU’s MFA Dramatic Writing Program and Howard University, she is a 2024 Meryl Streep Writers Lab Fellow and the creative force behind Bazodee, a Trinidad and Tobago–set, Bollywood-style musical that was released in US theaters and shared with audiences around the world on the festival circuit. Her documentary short The Author Photo was also featured at festivals in the US and Europe, and as Creative Director of Kicker Media, she’s led impactful storytelling projects for organizations like The New York Times, Mount Sinai, and the Child Mind Institute. Across all her work, Claire is passionate about telling stories that inform, inspire, and spark meaningful change.
