BIO
Brian Katkin is an Emmy-winning writer, director, producer, and editor whose career spans independent features, television, and nonfiction storytelling. His debut feature, If I Die Before I Wake, earned praise for its haunting atmosphere and assured direction, leading to several feature films produced under Roger Corman's Concorde-New Horizons banner and a midnight theatrical run at the Laemmle Theatres in Los Angeles. He has produced behind-the-scenes programming for Disney, Marvel, Lucasfilm, FX, Hulu, ESPN, and other major studios and networks, conducting hundreds of in-depth interviews with many of the industry's most influential directors, writers, producers, actors, and craftspeople. Katkin is currently developing She Always Wanted to Die in Her Sleep as his next feature as writer and director.
