BIO
BILL WALKER is an award-winning writer whose works include novels, short stories, and screenplays. His first novel, TITANIC 2012, was enthusiastically received by readers and praised by the legendary science fiction writer Harlan Ellison. Bill’s two short story collections, FIVE-MINUTE FRIGHTS and FIVE-MINUTE CHILLERS, are perennial Halloween favorites. Walker, a highly respected graphic designer, has worked on books by luminaries such as Ray Bradbury, Richard Matheson, Dean Koontz, and Stephen King. His latest two novels, D-NOTICE and THE NORMANDY CLUB were published in 2021. Bill’s feature screenplay, STARRING... JOHN DILLINGER was a winner in the 2019 Scriptapalooza Competition, and the screenplay for WHISKEY MOUNTAIN DAYS won both the Romance & Comedy Award and the Grand Prize in the 2023 WriteMovies Writing Contest. In addition, his ten-minute proof-of-concept film for WHISKEY MOUNTAIN DAYS has won five awards and screened in six film festivals to date.
