Particularly Interested In (Manuscripts)

Weird, upmarket fiction! Strong, likeable protagonist, but perhaps a bit of an unreliable narrator.
Specifically would love international, culturally rich stories from writers of color.

I'm a teensy bit open to romantasy, but will be insanely selectively, I'm looking for a really unique and kooky hook into this genre. And please, no fanfic!
