I think concept is really key right now but if there is an incredible character at the helm or a world we haven't seen that makes it a lot easier too.
I would love to find some horror comedies in both the tv and film space. I've also been particularly interested in finding some hour long streaming thriller material. I've also been looking for more high-concept romcoms. I've particularly enjoyed OFF CAMPUS, STERLING POINT, OBSESSION and FURIOUS.
