Justine Morris has been working in the entertainment industry for the last six years, starting her career in PR and slowly moving into book scouting. While she has been an avid reader from a young age, it wasn’t until working with film and TV companies that she made the switch. She is now employed at ROC Literary where she scouts for available IP, creates coverage, and liaisons between industries. Working with literary agents, publishing houses, and production companies, Justine is able to cross industry barriers and get IP into the hands of those looking to create. Having contacts in all sectors of the entertainment industry has allowed her a unique outlook on what it takes to adapt a book to film, and she looks forward to discovering the next hit.
