Jonathan Burnham is President and Publisher of the Harper Group at HarperCollins, overseeing imprints which include Harper, Harper Perennial, Harper Business, Harper Edge, Harper Influence, Broadside Books, and Ecco. His authors include Ann Patchett, Louise Erdrich, Barbara Kingsolver, Michael Chabon, Daniel Silva, Nicole Krauss, and Anthony Horowitz. Burnham has more than 30 years of experience in publishing both in the UK and US. Prior to joining HarperCollins, he was the President and Editor-in-Chief of Miramax Books. He had previously served as Executive Editor at Viking Penguin U.S., after spending five years as Publishing Director of Chatto & Windus, an imprint of Random House U.K. A London native, Burnham graduated from Oxford University. He is currently a Senior Conservator at New York Public Library, and is on the board of MacDowell.
