She utilizes her extensive background in story development, production, and film finance to connect captivating literary works with top production companies seeking to bring them to the screen.

With a career that spans both independent and studio environments, Brittney’s expertise ranges from initial story development to physical production. Her journey began at JoBro Productions in Toronto, where she worked on films like The Witch. After honing her skills in the production office and on-set, Brittney transitioned to a key role at a start-up production and finance company, collaborating on high-profile projects such as Bad Education, Monsters and Men, and Bad Hair. From there, Brittney joined Valhalla Entertainment, home of the hit AMC show The Walking Dead, where she collaborated on the development of various genre projects and brought in competitive IP, which is in active development.

Brittney’s passion for storytelling, particularly in the genre space with female-driven narratives, dynamic world-building, and unforgettable romance, gives her a unique lens to nurture stories that are primed for adaptation. A lifelong reader, she is deeply invested in finding the perfect story and matching it with the right production team to bring it to life on screen.
