Brendan Kenney is a literary manager and producer with over 14 years of experience in film and television development, production, and financing. He specializes in identifying distinctive, character-driven material and guiding writers and projects from early development through packaging and production, with a focus on elevated genre, psychological drama, and commercially viable independent storytelling.

As a producer and former executive at Pacific Standard Films, Brendan helped oversee development and production on projects including WILD, HOT PURSUIT, and Season 1 of BIG LITTLE LIES, working across studio and premium television systems at a high level. His career spans collaborations with leading industry companies including Made Up Stories, John Wells Productions, Netflix, and other major studios and production partners, giving him deep experience navigating both premium streaming and traditional studio pipelines. His work in film also includes the Oscar-nominated short INVINCIBLE, reflecting his continued focus on emotionally grounded, award-caliber storytelling across both features and shorts.

Brendan is also the founder of Mad Delusion, where he develops and produces film and television projects and collaborates closely with writers to build bold, market-ready material. His slate includes JAZZ INFERNAL, an original short film that won the 2026 Jury Prize for Best International Short Film within the Sundance Film Festival ecosystem, underscoring his commitment to distinctive, globally resonant storytelling and his track record of bringing elevated independent work into award-level recognition.

In addition to his management and production work, Brendan is actively involved with Roadmap Writers, where he works with emerging and professional screenwriters to refine voice, strengthen concept execution, and position material for representation and the broader marketplace.

Across his work, Brendan is known for strong story instincts, direct and actionable development notes, and a clear ability to translate creative ideas into commercially viable projects.
