Roadmap Writers is excited to announce the Finalists for the Screenwriters of Color Retreat Scholarship: Spring 2026 Italy!
 
Roadmap Writers is committed to expanding career opportunities for writers from underrepresented communities. As part of our ongoing effort to champion industry advancement for creatives within the BIPOC* community, Roadmap Writers is proud to have the Screenwriters of Color Retreat Scholarship for our Spring 2026 Retreat in Sicily.
 
We will award ONE FULL SCHOLARSHIP (valued at $4,999.00) and TWO PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS (valued at $2,499.50) for Week 2 of our Sicily Retreat from April 7-13, 2026. The Winners will spend 7 days & 6 nights dedicated to their craft at the breathtaking countryside destination Borgo del Carato. They will have the opportunity to develop their projects with esteemed mentors.
