About Your Host:

Adam Harris Engelhard is a literary manager and producer that works closely with 15+ clients including developmental writers and budding directors. Starting his career at ICM in the talent department, Adam worked hand-in-hand with the likes of Michael Cera, Regina Hall, James Spader, and Walton Goggins. After ICM, Adam left to work at the Dan Jinks Co. where his focus was on packaging projects for both television and film. Most recently Adam worked at Emmett/Furla/Oasis Films where he worked on developing material. In January 2016, Adam founded the management/production company Mailroom and has since packaged and arranged deals with the likes of Eli Roth, Jason Blum, Adaptive Studios, Black Pills, and Disney. In addition to working closely with literary talent, Adam is developing a slate of independent feature films. Adam previously produced THE MEND, starring Josh Lucas and Mickey Summer. The film was directed by first timer John Magary and was nominated for the SXSW Grand Jury Award. The film was then acquired by Cinelicious Pictures and is now available on Netflix and other VOD platforms.
