Female voices, but I always also want unrepresented voices and unique perspectives. I also love women in genre. I would love to find a show like I MAY DESTROY YOU, or great coming-of-age comedies like PEN15 or NEVER HAVE I EVER. I also am always looking for half-hour dramedies like FLEABAG that are very creator driven.
Character is the foundation of any project, especially in TV so use them to draw me in! Tell me why this story needs to be told now and why you're the right person to tell it. And have a clear understanding of your show/pilot/series overall.
