About Your Host

A native of New York, Jeff Kennedy moved abroad at 18, graduating from Glasgow University in 2010, where he was part of the prestigious creative writing workshop under the tutelage of writers Michael Schmidt and Kei Miller. He subsequently moved to Hong Kong, where he went on to write and direct his debut feature, The Last Act (Dragon Horse Films, 2014). Jeff is currently a development executive at Tradition Pictures and vets writers for their management division. Tradition Pictures is led by former development executive Matt Einstein who was the Head of Development of Atmosphere Entertainment, (300, THE IMMORTALS) run by former Tri-Star and WB Picture President. They recently set up projects at Cross Creek Pictures and Lionsgate. They also have a management division that rep an array of feature and TV writers.

  • Your material/contact submission is due as soon as you are ready, but no later than 2 hours prior to the start of the session.
  • You will receive this exec's written feedback on your pitch via email within 5 business days following the session unless otherwise notified.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel for a full refund up to 72 hrs. prior to the start of the session. Cancellations requested after this deadline will be ineligible for refunds.
