About Caroline:

Caroline is currently a development assistant at Ian Bryce Productions, which has a first look deal with Netflix. She spent a lot of time reading and discussing material for their company's consideration. Previously, she worked at APA for 2 years, first as an assistant in the TV Literary department, then as the Story Editor for Feature Literary. She believes the best material is rooted in strong characters. The characters should come first, the plot second. She loves things that feel authentic and grounded. She wants to feel that the writer really loves and cares about their story. Some TV series that reflect her taste are Sons of Anarchy, Mindhunter, Supernatural, Riverdale, The Good Wife, Buffy the Vampire Slayer. In Film, The Place Beyond the Pines, Nightcrawler, Prisoners, Call Me By Your Name, Jerry Maguire, The Social Network, The Town, Silver Linings Playbook, and Primal Fear.
